Spring 2008 sees the arrival of the 59th edition of the « Salon Violet » - bringing together some of the most exciting and affordable contemporary art in the country.

New and established collectors can discover and buy paintings, drawings, sculptures, video, photography and limited edition prints from distinguished galleries. Of course, anyone can come and take a look without even thinking of buying a piece.

This year the « Forest Hill International Hotel » will host the fair, making it easier for artists to meet people to share their work and ideas.

The 2008 edition is a perfect balance between confirmed talents and up and coming artists. High standards of quality remain the main rule of the Fair. Therefore, the 115 forward-looking artists and the audience will be one more able to enjoy the prestige of the « New Violet ».
